Mini Marzipan Kugelhopf Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3.5 oz marzipan, coarsely grated
    3 None eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3/4 cup powdered sugar, plus 3 tbsp
    1/2 cup canola oil
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
    1 tsp baking powder
    None None pink food coloring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and flour 2-3 kugelhopf pans with 24 wells.
    Whisk together marzipan, eggs, vanilla extract and 3/4 cup powdered sugar until creamy. Slowly whisk in oil. Add flour and baking powder and mix until smooth. Tint batter pink with food coloring. Transfer to a piping bag. Fill wells 2/3 full with batter and bake for 10 mins. Let cool on a wire rack.
    Dust cakes with remaining powdered sugar.
