Gluten Free Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None large eggs
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    10 oz chocolate, melted
    1 1/3 cup gluten-free self-rising flour, sifted
    None None cocoa powder, for dusting
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Grease and line an 8 inch round cake pan with parchment paper
    For the batter, beat the eggs with an electric mixer until thick and pale. Add the sugar, milk and oil and beat until combined. Fold in the melted chocolate and flour. Pour into the prepared pan and bake 1 hour, until a skewer comes out clean. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool. Dust with cocoa powder, cut and serve.
