Fruit Nut Clusters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 tbsp (1 1/4 sticks) butter, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp honey
3 1/2 cups cornflakes
1/2 cup dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 cup pistachios, toasted and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup glace peaches (or cherries), finely chopped
Preparation

Line three 12-cup muffin pans with paper liners. Stir butter, sugar and honey in a small saucepan on low heat until sugar has dissolved.
Combine cornflakes, cranberries, almonds, pistachios and peaches in a large bowl. Stir in butter mixture. Spoon mixture into muffin cups. Refrigerate until set.
