Crawfish And Avocado Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
None None Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon, plus lemon wedges to serve
4 tbsp chopped dill
125 g cooked crayfish tails
3 tbsp olive oil
2 None ripe hass avocados, halved and stone removed
Preparation

Mix the chili, lemon, dill and oil with the crawfish tails. Slice inside the avocado, using the picture as guide. Divide the avocado and crawfish between 4 plates then serve with lemon wedges.
