Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp peanut oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 piece (1 inch) fresh ginger, grated
5 oz tatsoi, trimmed
7 oz choy sum, coarsely chopped
7 oz baby bok choy, coarsely chopped
7 oz Chinese cabbage, coarsely chopped
5 oz sugar snap peas
2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
Preparation

Heat oil in wok on high heat. Stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add tatsoi, choy sum, bok choy, cabbage, peas and combined sauces to wok; stir-fry until vegetables are just tender.
