Baked Mac And Cheese With Ham - cooking recipe

500 g macaroni
200 g button mushrooms
250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
150 g smoked ham, cut into strips
30 g fresh flat-leaf parsley, little reserved for garnish, remainder finely chopped
250 ml soured cream
250 ml single cream
1 None lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
200 g Parmesan, grated
50 g butter, diced
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Cook the pasta and mushrooms in boiling salted water for 5 mins. Drain and place in a greased ovenproof serving dish along with the tomatoes, ham and parsley. Mix the sour cream, cream, lemon juice and nutmeg in a bowl. Season with salt and black pepper and pour into the dish with the pasta. Sprinkle with the cheese and butter. Bake for 45 mins and garnish with parsley.
