Thai Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz lean sirloin steak
    1 None shallot, sliced thinly
    1 None fresh long red chili, chopped finely
    3 oz bean sprouts
    1 None kaffir lime leaf, shredded finely
    1/2 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro leaves
    1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
    None None Thai Dressing
    2 tbsp lime juice
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    2 tsp peanut oil
    1 pinch sugar
Preparation
    Oil a grill pan and place over high heat. Grill beef for 5 mins, or until cooked to your liking. Cover beef and let rest for 10 mins. Slice thinly then transfer to a large bowl with remaining salad ingredients.
    Whisk together all ingredients for dressing then drizzle over salad and toss to combine. Serve.
