Grilled Beef Tenderloin With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup red wine
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, roughly chopped
1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
    1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 1/4 lb beef tenderloin
    1 lb cherry tomatoes
Preparation
Whisk together red wine, olive oil, herbs, mustard and garlic. Season. Pour over beef, turning to coat. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Remove from fridge 30 mins before cooking.
Preheat grill. Grill beef on a flat grill plate over high heat for 5 mins, until seared on all sides. Transfer to a large roasting pan. Reduce heat to medium and place roasting pan on grill. Close lid and cook for 45 mins for medium rare, or until cooked to your liking. Set aside, covered loosely with foil and let rest for 15 mins. Slice.
While the meat is resting, place tomatoes in roasting pan and cook on grill, covered, for 15-20 mins, until starting to collapse.
    Serve beef with tomatoes.
