Caper And Anchovy Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, softened
    1 tbsp drained rinsed capers, finely chopped
    2 None anchovy fillets, drained and coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Place on piece of plastic wrap; shape into 3-inch long log. Wrap tightly.
    Freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 mins before serving.
