Confetti Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz fresh thin green beans
    1 1/2 cups thinly sliced bell pepper
    1 None shallot, minced
    2 tbsp light Italian dressing, like Newman's Own Lite
    1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano leaves
Preparation
    Blanch green beans in boiling salted water for 2 mins, or until just tender. Drain then run under cool water to prevent further cooking.
    Coat a medium skillet with oil. Cook peppers, shallot and beans with Italian dressing and oregano for 2 mins, or until peppers are slightly tender and beans are warmed through. Season.
