Spaghetti With Zucchini And Parmesan - cooking recipe

14 oz spaghetti
3 tbsp butter, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 None onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp dried chili flakes
3 None medium zucchini, grated
None None juice and finely grated zest 1 lemon
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
None None crispy crumbs, to serve
Preparation

Cook spaghetti following packet instructions. Drain well and return to pot. Keep hot.
Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat butter and oil together on medium. Saute onion, garlic and chili 2-3 minutes, until onion is tender (be careful not to burn the garlic).
Add zucchini, lemon juice, lemon zest and parsley. Cook, stirring, 1-2 minutes. Add the spaghetti and season to taste. Serve topped with parmesan and crispy crumbs if liked.
