Anchovy And Parsley Penne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (16 oz) penne
    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 None chili pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 can (2 oz) anchovies, undrained
    1 None lemon, juiced
    1/2 cup chopped parsley
    1/2 cup chopped oregano
    3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and return to pan, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking water.
    Heat olive oil in a small skillet on medium heat. Saute garlic and chili pepper for 1 min. Stir in anchovies with oil and lemon juice. Simmer for 4 mins.
    Add anchovy mixture, herbs, Parmesan cheese and cooking water to pasta. Season to taste and toss to coat well.
