Red Pepper And Almond Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup blanched almonds, toasted
    1 None red pepper, deseeded and roughly chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 oz Manchego cheese
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 pinch cayenne
    1 pinch paprika
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process for 1-2 mins. Season.
