Ingredients

2/3 lb pizza base
1/4 cup tomato puree
8.75 oz ground lamb
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped + small leaves, to serve
3.5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
3.5 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
1.5 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
None None lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place pizza base on prepared tray. Spread tomato puree over top. Combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, garlic, basil and 1/2 the feta. Season then sprinkle over pizza base. Top with tomatoes and mozzarella. Bake for 20 mins, or until pizza is golden and base is crisp.
Sprinkle with remaining feta and reserved basil leaves. Serve with lemon wedges.
