Pork Satay With Thai Chili Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp light soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp five-spice powder
    1 tbsp honey
    2 None boneless pork chops, cut into cubes
    None None Thai chili jam, to serve
    None None steamed rice and greens, to serve
Preparation
    Soak 8 bamboo skewers in warm water. Combine soy sauce, garlic, five-spice powder and honey in a bowl.
    Preheat broiler. Thread pork onto skewers and brush with marinade. Broil for 8 mins, turning and brushing with marinade. Serve with Thai chili jam, rice and greens.
