Flourless Chocolate Hazelnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz dark chocolate, chopped
    2/3 cup butter, chopped
    1 tbsp instant coffee powder
    6 None eggs, separated
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
    None None cocoa powder, to dust
    None None whipped cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line an 8 inch springform pan.
    Gently heat chocolate, butter and coffee powder over low heat until melted and smooth. Let cool slightly. Whisk egg yolks and sugar together until thick and creamy. Add chocolate mixture then ground hazelnuts. Mix until combined. Whip egg whites to soft peaks then fold in.
    Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 55-60 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with cocoa powder and serve with whipped cream.
