Iced Watermelon And Ginger Zinger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz ginger, peeled, finely grated, juiced
    2 None large lemons, juiced
    2 None large limes, juiced
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    3 1/3 lb seedless watermelon, rind removed, pureed
    None None fresh mint sprigs, to serve
    None None orange slices, to serve
Preparation
    Combine ginger juice, lemon juice, lime juice and sugar. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil then remove from heat and let cool. Strain into a large punch bowl. Add watermelon juice. Fill bowl with ice cubes. Serve zingers garnished with fresh mint sprigs and orange slices.
