Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium red pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium yellow pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
12 None flour tortillas (8 inches each)
1 cup sour cream
1 None lime, cut into wedges
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation

Combine chicken, spices and half the oil in a large bowl. Season.
Heat remaining oil in a large skillet on high heat. Cook peppers and onion, stirring, for 5 mins or until soft. Add chopped cilantro. Transfer to a medium bowl; cover to keep warm.
Add chicken mixture to pan; cook, stirring, until browned and cooked through. Return pepper mixture to pan with 1/4 cup water; cook, stirring, until heated through. Season to taste.
Meanwhile, warm tortillas in microwave according to package directions.
Serve chicken mixture with tortillas, sour cream, lime wedges and cilantro leaves.
