Tandoori Chicken With Lemon Yogurt Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenderloins
    2 tbsp tandoori paste or other curry paste
    5 oz (about 7 cups) arugula, shredded
    2 None tomatoes, chopped
    1 None cucumber, quartered, sliced
    None None Cooking spray
    1 1/4 cups Greek yogurt
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
    2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine chicken and tandoori paste, tossing well to coat evenly.
    In a separate bowl, combine arugula, tomatoes and cucumber. Set aside.
    Preheat an indoor grill pan over high heat. Spray lightly with oil. Grill chicken for 3-5 mins on each side, until cooked through.
    In a small bowl, combine yogurt, cilantro, and lemon juice, and season to taste.
    Serve chicken on salad, drizzled with dressing.
