Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz) can pineapple pieces in natural juice, drained, 2 tbsp juice reserved
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 None red onion, coarsely chopped
1 None red pepper, seeded, coarsely chopped
2 stalk celery, thickly sliced
None None steamed rice, to serve
Preparation

Combine reserved pineapple juice, soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar and garlic.
Toss pork with cornstarch, shaking off excess. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry pork, in batches, for 3 mins, or until browned. Transfer to a plate.
Add remaining oil to wok. Stir-fry onion, pepper and celery for 3 mins, or until tender. Return pork to wok along with pineapple pieces and sauce. Stir-fry for 1 min, or until heated through. Serve with rice.
