Herbed Baby Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb baby new potatoes
    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 1/2 tbsp butter
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbsp chopped finely fresh rosemary
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil then immediately remove from heat. Let stand in hot water for 5 mins then drain. Let stand until cool enough to handle then cut each potato in 1/2.
    Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook potatoes, cut-side down, for 10 mins, covered, or until cut surface is golden brown and crispy.
    Add garlic and cook for another 5 mins. Sprinkle rosemary over potatoes and toss gently to combine. Season.
