Double-Decker Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None avocado, halved, peeled, pitted, sliced
    1/2 None lemon, juiced
    2 tbsp mixed fresh herbs, such as chives, basil and oregano, chopped
    3.5 oz ricotta cheese
    12 slices multigrain bread
    5.25 oz baby arugula
    4 slices prosciutto
    2 None tomatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Toss avocado with lemon juice, herbs and black pepper.
    Spread ricotta over 4 slices of bread. Top with arugula and prosciutto. Add another slice of bread. Arrange avocado and tomato slices on top. Finish with remaining bread. Cut in half diagonally.
