Cheese Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 tsp sugar
1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup coarsely grated Cheddar cheese
    1 cup milk
    3 tbsp butter, melted
None None FOR THE CHIVE BUTTER
4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Lightly grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
Place the flour, cayenne, sugar, Parmesan cheese and 1/2 the Cheddar cheese in a medium bowl. Add the milk. Using a knife, cut the milk through the flour mixture to mix to a soft, sticky dough.
Knead the dough quickly and lightly on a floured surface until smooth. Press the dough out evenly to 3/4-inch thickness. Dip a 1 1/4-inch round cutter into the flour, and cut as many rounds as you can from the dough.
Place the scones side by side, just touching, in the prepared pan. Gently knead the scraps of dough together, and press and cut out more circles from the dough, until all the dough is used up. Place the rounds in the pan. Brush the scones with melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining Cheddar cheese.
Bake for about 15 mins or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, for the chive butter, combine the softened butter and chives in a small bowl. Serve the warm scones with chive butter.
