Asian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None store-bought rotisserie chicken, shredded
    10 oz cabbage, shredded
    1 cup bean sprouts
    4 None radishes, sliced
    2 None carrots, cut into matchsticks
    1 medium red onion, halved, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
    2 tbsp lime juice
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    2 tsp sesame oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    1/2 cup cashews, toasted
Preparation
    Mix chicken, cabbage, bean sprouts, radishes, carrots and onion in a large bowl.
    For the dressing, whisk chili sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, sesame oil and garlic in a small bowl until well blended.
    Add cilantro and cashews to the salad. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
