Chili Shrimp With Mango Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp sweet paprika
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 large mangoes, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 None fresh long red chili pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp grated palm sugar or brown sugar
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp peanut oil
Preparation

For the mango salad, combine mango, onion, chili pepper, sprouts and cilantro in a large bowl. For the dressing, whisk fish sauce, sugar, lime juice and peanut oil in a small bowl. Drizzle over salad; toss well.
Combine shrimp with turmeric, cayenne pepper, paprika and garlic in a large bowl.
Cook shrimp mixture, in batches, on a heated oiled grill pan until lightly browned.
Serve shrimp with salad.
