Fried Egg And Pinto Bean Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None prepared pizza crust (12 inches)
    1 None chorizo sausage, thinly sliced
    1 can (14 oz) pinto beans, drained
    1/2 cup chunky tomato salsa
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    2/3 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    3 None eggs
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
    Heat a small skillet on high heat. Add chorizo and saute for 2-3 mins or until browned. Drain on paper towels. Mix beans, salsa and 2 tbsp of the cilantro in a small bowl. Spoon bean mixture on pizza crust. Sprinkle with chorizo and 1/3 cup of the cheese.
    Bake for 10 mins. Carefully crack eggs onto pizza; sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup cheese. Bake for 5-7 mins or until crust is crisp and eggs are set to your liking. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tbsp cilantro and serve at once.
