Potato Wedges With Tomato Ranch Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None medium potatoes, washed
    None None vegetable oil, to deep fry
    1 cup all-purpose flour, plus 2 tbsp
    -1 None Tomato Ranch Dressing
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup tomato sauce
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a pot of water. Bring to a gentle boil and cook for 25-30 mins, or until just tender. Remove and set aside to cool slightly. Once cool enough to handle, cut each potato into 4-6 wedges.
    Heat a deep fryer or medium saucepan with vegetable oil until it reaches 350\u00b0F. Dust wedges in flour, shaking off excess. Working in batches, deep fry for 5 mins, or until crispy and golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Season.
    Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise and tomato sauce. Serve with fried potato wedges.
