Asparagus With Tomato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    2 tsp fresh lemon thyme leaves
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 None red onions, cut into wedges
    1 1/2 lbs asparagus, trimmed and halved crosswise
    8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation
    Combine the oil, vinegar, thyme, garlic and onion in a large bowl. Drain the onion, reserving the vinegar mixture in a bowl.
    Heat an oiled grill pan on medium-high heat or preheat the grill to medium. Grill the onion until soft and lightly browned.
    Grill the asparagus and tomato, in batches, until tender.
    Combine vegetables in the bowl with the reserved vinegar mixture.
