Cranberry Citrus Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10-12 oz fresh or frozen cranberries
    1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
    1 None lemon, zested and juiced
    1 None orange, zested and juiced
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp orange juice and 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 mins, or until cranberries split and sauce thickens, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Stir in 1/4 tsp lemon zest and 1/2 tsp orange zest.
