Crispy Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

600 g green beans, cut into diagonal pieces
25 g butter
75 g breadcrumbs
1 None onion, finely diced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
20 g brown sugar
Preparation

Cook the beans in boiling salted water for 6-8 mins then drain and set aside.
Melt the butter in a large pan and saute the bread crumbs until golden brown. Remove from pan. Add the onion and garlic and saute for 5mins, or until onions are soft.
Add the bread crumbs back to the pan along with the brown sugar, stirring so it all caramelizes slightly. Add the beans, season with salt and pepper, and mix to combine. Serve.
