Salmon, Pea And Pasta Casserole - cooking recipe

13.5 oz rigatoni pasta
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
6.5 oz frozen peas
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, coarsely grated
5 oz Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
1 (20 oz) can pink salmon, drained, skin and bones removed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Gradually add milk. Continue stirring until sauce boils and thickens. Stir in peas, 2 tbsp Parmesan and 4 oz Cheddar cheese. Add pasta and toss to combine.
Transfer to a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 mins, or until lightly browned.
