Chicken Masala With Coconut Raita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None boneless skinless chicken breasts (6-7 oz each)
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1/4 cup tikka masala paste
    1/3 cup flaked coconut
    3/4 cup Greek-style yogurt
    1 tsp finely grated lime peel
    1 tbsp lime juice
Preparation
    Combine chicken with oil and tikka masala paste in a large bowl. Set aside to marinate.
    Meanwhile, for the raita, combine coconut, yogurt, and lime peel and juice in a medium bowl. Season to taste.
    Cook chicken in a heated oiled large skillet on medium-high heat, about 3 mins each side or until cooked through.
    Serve chicken on steamed rice, topped with raita.
