Tuna And White Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 sticks celery, cut into matchsticks
    4 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained and flaked
    1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 None red onion, thinly sliced
    3/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
    1 None red pepper, thinly sliced
    1 cup firmly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Preparation
    For the dressing, whisk lemon juice, oil and garlic in a medium bowl. Season.
    Toss remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss gently to combine.
