Grilled Asparagus Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb asparagus, woody ends removed
    2 tbsp butter
    4 None hard-boiled eggs, peeled, halved
    4 None cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1 bunch arugula
    1 packet Hollandaise sauce, prepared according to package instructions
Preparation
    Blanch asparagus in boiling, salted water for 1 min. Drain.
    Melt butter in a large frying pan. Cook asparagus, turning frequently, until lightly browned. Season. Arrange on serving plates along with eggs, tomatoes and arugula. Spoon Hollandaise sauce over top.
