Chicken Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

1 loaf ciabatta, torn into 3/4 inch pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
3.5 oz prosciutto
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 None lemon, zested and juiced
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2-3 drops hot pepper sauce
1 None rotisserie chicken, shredded
4 None hard-boiled eggs, peeled, halved
5.25 oz baby spinach leaves
1.5 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
Toss bread with olive oil then spread out over 1 baking tray. Season. Arrange prosciutto on other tray. Place both trays in oven and bake for 5-10 mins, until crisp and golden. Let cool then tear prosciutto into smaller pieces.
Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Season. Toss with bread, proscuitto, chicken, eggs, spinach and cheese.
