Individual Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 sheets filo dough, eac cut into a 5 inch squares
1 None onion, chopped
3.5 oz shaved ham, roughly chopped
3/4 cup evaporated milk
4 None eggs
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1.5 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
None None fresh chives, to serve
None None chili sauce, to serve
None None salad, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease 6 - 4 inch tart pans and line with filo dough. Place on a baking tray and bake for 3-5 mins, until golden brown.
Meanwhile, heat a small frying pan over high heat. Lightly coat with oil and saute onion for 2-4 mins, until just soft. Add ham and cook for 2 mins. Let cool slightly then distribute between tart shells. Whisk together evaporated milk, eggs and mustard. Season. Distribute between tart shells and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30-35 mins, until firm.
Top with fresh chives and serve with chili sauce and salad on the side.
