Steak With Sautéed Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tbsp olive oil
2 (5.25 oz) filet mignon
1 None red pepper, deseeded, diced
1 None yellow pepper, deseeded, diced
1 None zucchini, trimmed, diced
1 stalk fresh rosemary, leaves stripped
2-3 None bay leaves
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and sear steaks for 3-4 mins, turning. Season then transfer to a baking tray. Bake for 10 mins. Remove from oven, wrap in foil and let rest for 5 mins.
Meanwhile, add remaining oil to pan and saute vegetables for 4-5 mins. Add rosemary and bay leaves and cook for 2 mins. Season. Slice steak and serve with vegetables.
