Almond Tuiles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    2 tbsp granulated sugar
    1 None large egg white
    2 tbsp butter, melted
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 cup sliced almonds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line 4 baking trays with parchment paper.
    In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, egg white, butter and vanilla. Mix until smooth then fold in almonds. Place teaspoons of mixture along edge of prepared trays about 1 1/4 inches apart. Using a small spatula, spread each spoonful into 4 inch lengths. Bake 2 trays at a time for 3-5 mins, until edges are golden brown. Drape over a rolling pin and let cool to form rolled shapes.
