Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp butter
    1/4 cup onion, finely diced
    1 1/2 cups potatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 1/2 cups carrots, peeled and chopped
    3/4 cup celery, roughly chopped
    2 3/4 cup green cabbage, roughly chopped
    1 None bay leaf
    1 2/3 cup vegetable stock
    None None chopped chives, for garnish
Preparation
    Melt butter in a saucepan and saute the onion. Add the prepared vegetables, bay leaf and season with salt and pepper.
    Pour in the stock, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped chives.
