Strawberry Mille-Feuilles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz mascarpone cheese
    1 tbsp honey
    1 None orange, zested
    24 small pieces baked puff pastry
    9 oz strawberries, hulled, sliced
    None None powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation
    Combine mascarpone, honey and orange zest in a bowl.
    Spread 2 tsp mascarpone mixture over 16 pieces of puff pastry. Top with 2 slices of strawberry then 1 tsp mascarpone mixture.
    Stack 2 pieces of puff pastry together then top with remaining plain pieces of puff pastry and 1 strawberry slice. Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
