Pea Purée - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tbsp butter
    1 None red onion, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    8.5 oz frozen peas
    1 cup chicken stock
Preparation
    Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Sweat onion and cumin for 3-5 mins, until tender. Add peas and stock. Cook for 3-5 mins, until heated through. Season. Transfer to a food processor and process until almost smooth.
