Whole Wheat Banana Date And Peanut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat self-rising flour
    1 cup wheatgerm
    1/2 cup raw sugar
    1 1/2 cups pitted dates, chopped
    8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted
    1/4 cup milk
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    3 None bananas, mashed
    1/4 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Line bottom with parchment paper; grease paper.
    Sift flour into a large bowl. Mix in wheatgerm, sugar and dates. Stir in butter, milk, eggs and banana. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake for about 1 1/4 hours until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
