Fresh Tomato And Chili Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz penne pasta
    1/3 cup olive oil
    2 tsp minced garlic
    2 tsp chopped chili
    4 None ripe tomatoes, chopped
    1 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
    1/3 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente then drain.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook garlic and chili, stirring, for 1 min, or until fragrant. Stir in tomatoes and parsley. Remove pan from heat and add pasta. Toss gently to combine.
    Serve topped with cheese.
