Creamy Parmesan Potatoes With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb new potatoes, scrubbed and halved if large
    8 slices bacon, coarsely chopped
    2/3 cup heavy cream
    3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 15 mins until tender. Drain. Cook the bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels; break into pieces.
    Bring the cream to a simmer in a medium saucepan. Add the Parmesan cheese; stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
    Add the potatoes, bacon and parsley; stir well. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
