Spaghetti With Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 None medium onion, finely chopped
    1 None medium carrot, diced
    1 None celery stalk, diced
    1 lb ground beef
    3 oz pancetta or bacon, finely chopped
    1/2 cup red wine
    1 cup beef stock
    1/4 cup tomato paste
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    None None Cooked spaghetti, grated Parmesan, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large saucepan on high. Cook vegetables for 5 mins, stirring, until tender and lightly browned. Add ground beef and pancetta or bacon and cook for 5 mins, stirring, until meat browns.
    Add wine and bring to boil. Simmer for 5 mins. Add stock and tomato paste and season to taste. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
    Stir in cream and serve with spaghetti and Parmesan.
