Rosemary Sausages With Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb new potatoes, cut lengthwise into wedges
    1 lb thin sausages
    2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, roughly chopped
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp fresh breadcrumbs
    None None chunky tomato chutney, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    In a roasting pan, combine potatoes, sausages, rosemary and olive oil. Season to taste. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and toss to combine. Bake for 45-50 mins, until potatoes are crisp and golden and sausages are cooked through.
    Serve with chunky tomato chutney.
