Chocolate Cake With Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 tbsp butter, chopped, at room temperature
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tsp instant coffee
    1 tbsp milk, warmed
    1/3 cup self-raising flour, sifted
    3 oz dark chocolate, melted
    None None powdered sugar, for dusting
    None None ice cream, to serve
    None None Sauce
    1 cup boiling water
    1/2 cup brown sugar. packed
    1 tbsp cocoa
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 5 cup ovenproof dish.
    In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. and vanilla.
    Dissolve coffee in milk. Fold flour into creamed mixture alternately with milk mixture. Then stir in chocolate and spoon into dish.
    Bake 35-40 minutes, until puffed and firm.
    Meanwhile, make the sauce by combining all ingredients in a small bowl.
    Dust cake with powdered sugar and serve and sauce and ice-cream.
