Fruit Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp butter
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 None small apple, peeled, cored, grated
    2 oz dried apricots, finely chopped
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
    2/3 cup plain yogurt
    1 tbsp honey
    2 tsp powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a baking tray.
    In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 the butter. Add nutmeg, brown sugar and 1/2 tbsp cinnamon. Cook, stirring, over low heat until sugar has dissolved. Stir in 1/2 the orange juice then apple and apricots. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 2 mins. Remove from heat and stir in remaining orange juice. Let cool.
    Spread fruit mixture over puff pastry. Roll into a log. Cut log into quarters then place on tray, 2 inches apart. Brush with remaining melted butter and bake for 20 mins.
    Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey and remaining cinnamon.
    Dust hot strudels with powdered sugar. Serve with spiced yogurt.
