Orange Curd - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 None egg yolks
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 None oranges, zested and juiced
3/4 cup butter, chopped, chilled
Preparation

Whisk egg yolks, sugar and orange zest over a double boiler until thick and pale. Add orange juice. Whisk in butter, 1 piece at a time, until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a wooden spoon. Let cool then chill.
