Ingredients

1 None radicchio lettuce, leaves separated
5 oz arugula leaves
8 oz thinly sliced ham (or turkey or chicken)
4 medium fresh figs, quartered
4 oz blue brie cheese, thinly sliced
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 tsp honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tsp white wine vinegar
Preparation

Place radicchio, arugula, ham, figs and brie in large bowl.
For the honey mustard dressing, whisk remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle over salad.
